I am sure people like SA are still up there. The current NORAD is the second NORAD to exist in eve. The first one was disbanded (I think) and the one right now is a completely different one. The fact that they are publically recruiting points to the fact that they are still alive, it's also notable that they have a couple of their original corporations still. Not going to comment on other factors like claimed space, 0.0 presence, size, etc... There is a lot of room in there for perceptions. Nothing in life is quite so sweet as the taste of payback.

If it's the longest to control and hold space, then it's CVA. If we're talking still around and still beating people down then it's FIX. A hint in the future would be to set a guideline on how you define "still alife". Then we can argue about the set guidelines, not the ones that don't exist. Recruiting

Zoltaris	Posted - 2006.06.12 03:15:00 - [55] FA as been said to be dead so many times, still, it never went under 400 players as far as i know, when our corporation was in FA, we kept fighting against BoB and Xelas, whatever the BoB propaganda could have said, ships were lost on both side every days, well, we fighted much more against Xelas than BoB, so when you looked at BoB killboard, you weren't seeing many kills from us, which i guess made it looking like we really weren't doing much... Anyway, our corporation has left FA since then, not because we weren't able to keep going as it was but because a great opportunity came with the creation of the TCF alliance, an opportunity we just couldn't miss Anyway, if i remember right, FA was the 2nd official alliance in EVE (SA was the 1st i think), this was before alliances could be created officially and just before CA was created FA never really died, yeah, it has been greatly reduced in power if we compate it from its glorious days, and has been forced in guerilla warfare for a while, but FA is still there and is getting back on his feet So, without a doubt, to me, FA is the oldest alliance still alive and that never died (even if it as been claimed dead at least half a dozen of times ) ----- > Order Falcon & Pilgrim
