Greetings
In the system i'm currently operating my mining operations, there is a serious threath and a problem in
competing corporation. When i mine in the droid belts they trye to kill me (in 0.9 system) and i don't
know what to do, i have been killed few times and they are telling me that it's their system. I decided
to ignore them but, this have gone out of hands now. I use 3 accounts to mine, the same time and i get
all my 3 ships podded all the time. I don't want to move, so now i decided to fight back.
I'm planning on making abother corp and 3 alts, that will protect me. How should i make these alts? Should
i go for Caldari and missile kestrels to destroy their mining operations, or should i go for something else?
Also, if i declare war on them, can i attack their barges in 0.9 system without any security status drop or
concord intervention? How should i go on to do this? All advise is very welcome.... but attack is imminent.

Let me get this straight. They are attacking you in 0.9 space and you're loosing ships before CONCORD pwns their faces? Or they wardec'd you?
Anyway, to answer your second question, yes if you wardec you can fight in 0.9 space. You could fight in front of CONCORD HQ in Yulai if you wanted to.

Yeah concord shows up but too late, i'm dead already, they use multiple ships and some kinda device that i can't hear when they target me, suddently i just get hitted by awesom firepower and dead in an eye blink. Now i want to make 3 characters that can be trained quickly for the same job of ganking these people.

Its a 0.9.....why not just move to a different system.
Come back and gank them when you have more SP's.

Just stay where you are and keep doing what you do (training alts is a good idea). Eventually (quite fast probably) the attackers get either tired or better yet, they'll be unable to re-enter 0.9 at one point (probably around -2.0 to -4.0 security standing). Just write down their sec status and observe it drop by points at a time after each attack.

Make an alt and get it to fire upon you at the roid belt.
This will spawn concord right on top of you and offer the ultimate protection for the next hour.

they probably think your a macrominer/isk farmer.
ask them to not shoot you.. and fit some TANK on the mining ships.. If you fit a tank then u'll probably not die
