I killed the so called "Little Zergling" while in GAIA space. He is a FREGE alt and everyone knows that.
Beside every alliance i've been through in EVE kills npc corps on sight. The reason is that they are potential "enemy spy", "enemy alt hauler" or "enemy bookmarker".
Get a corporation first, then come here and post something like this. Or just post with your main and end this soap opera.

My 2 cents
GAIA- They are nonpirate alliance. They are in a war that was started by a "pirate" alliance (even though GAIA wardeced em).
FREGE- Has openly attacked GAIA memebers in GAIA "space" even before the war started(about two days before the war dec vote occured). They openly attacked a Ferox who was ratting in an ice belt in Alperane(sp?). The ferox did not return fire until the attacker blocked his convo attempt. It took a takler rifter and dominix to kill it, how sad they can't do 1v1 pirate ops.
IMO FREGE is the closet to a pirate alliance. They are still not near NUBS level of pirating and I hope FREGE will not go that route. GAIA is not clean, but they have yet to do something like that. If you want to be safe in low sec around their you can do a couple things:
1. Join a corp that is friendly to both of them (so you are a true neutral).
2. Not do anything stupid, like go afk at stations, gates, etc, were you may look like a spy.
3. If that fails, just war dec both of em and have fun.
Oh and if this seems bias to GAIA, it isn't. I came out of GAIA with way less than I went in, and I didn't like GAIA anymore.

I would suggest to fight back is they are pirates and you dont want to be the victim. get the friendly locals together and chase them away.

This is the best read I had in a long time, very good writting of little Zergling and Sukmai T'rax. They are the only that see the fun of this thread, the rest of the people who responded are a little bit uptight
And if any of you explores need help, maybe give me a call and we can see what we can do about this travelling problem. I have some state of the art warp corp stabes just out of research and are still being tested. So if you want to help in this project we can help eachother out and help the greater good.

We dont recognise anyones claim on any part of pure blind. We come and go freely most of the time. It is and always will be a warground.

And yes, i am in an NPC corporation. That however doesn't change the fact that they pirate haulers in low-sec.
I think that's your problem here. Most corporations and alliances in 0.0 regard NPC corpers as fair game. They have too often been used for spying or wartime hauling. Far all we know your NPC corp hauler could have been somebody's alt who's currently at war. If you still want to access 0.0 I recommend you make an alt and let him create your own small corp. That way your main has an option of leaving the corp if you get wardecced or be in a non-npc corp with all the benefits, like requesting blue standings with the corporations you migth run into (ours too, being a neighbour to GAIA)

In for pure comedy knowing that Starshine Enterprises has started to Merc/Pirate in PB.
New pirate warning indeed.
