Has there been any word on when and how we might get the BPO for the scanner probes? Its getting to be a great annoyance to keep hauling these things out to 0.0 They are widely used and this is one more thing limiting another great ship function.

I origionally meant the scan probes but I guess my question also falls on the moon probes as well.
Being it is a simple T1 item, I would assume the BPOs would be widely available from NPC stations. Like i said, it gets a little tedious having to keep hauling scan probes out to 0.0
I just have not seen any information on the BPO at all, if its a "coming soon" or an item that was put in the tables but will not be seeded. Any info Devs? or has it been answered somewhere that I can get a pointer to ?

it keeps peeps coming back to empire perhaps via gaent drops as BPCs ? makes a mokery of the player run market

well very late reply to this but I got excuse I was in hospital sick :P
Please guys release the BPO for the probes. We desperately need them. shouldn't be hard , looks like everything is done except seeding the bpo.
This is actually one more thing that ties us to empire. We keep being told that 0.0 is not exploited enough and CCP wans us out there. But this is one more thing that keeps us tied to empire.
Actually one of the 1st things I need when I move to 0.0 is to scan the moons for a nice one to place a moon harvester. Need a LOT of moon scanning probes to do this and they are not exactly small. Need to be able to make in 0.0
And the next think is to find all those stupid SS with the shuttles (and sometimes good ships) to clear up the floatsum in your new home (and to find the active ships and their SS) which again takes a LOT of probes.
But instead of being productive, we spend time running back and forth to empire in a ship with a large hold so we can come back as infrequently as possible.

Empire runs are part of the Alliances and if every BPO is released to public use, it would remove a chance to disrupt these runs during wartime. Merc corps wouldn't be happy.
