Dear... someone 
I was wondering if there was a problem with the support address of [email protected]. I mailed support on this address 9 days ago, with a follow up 7 days after that. I havnt as yet recieved a reply of any kind at all, which is why i am forced to ask.. has the customer support mail address been changed/ deleted/ removed or anything that would stop my mails getting through to support? Atm i find it a little disquieting and cannot figure out if its my fault or the ccp support email, or... if there is no fault and im just plainly being ignored. 
Heres a small snip from my email.
>although i got the warp drive active sounds, i didnt actually go anywhere, my ship status was still stopped and eventually my ship was blown up. please see screenshots of the wierd thing and advise accordingly.

As u can see i did not rant/rave in any manor and i clearly lost a ship to a bug, backed up by screenshots. Is there any chance someone can contact me regarding this matter.

I suspect [email protected] not an actual e-mail adress, rather a bot (like a majordomo adress) that relays the info between <========>'s you get.
Mail [email protected] instead.

Well how about a reply stating that? Besides, i think any moron can figure out what i'm trying to say... hell.. u managed it.
EDIT: re:majordomo... i have used that email address ever since i started eve & have had success up until now.

Use [email protected] regardless or file an Other petition in-game :p
Btw, you weren't in warp, actually. That bug happened to me a few times (minus the getting blown up bot).

Not really, I might have missed major details but I'm guessing you were saying something along the lines of that you had mailed them but gotten no reply and now were wondering if there was another address to reach them on 
Could be wrong but the cluttered writing hurt my head and dropped my motivation to help to 0.

I still havnt had a reply or anything. i dont even know if my email has got through to u. I need to know what is happening here. I have emailed this several times now, to both of the addresses listed in the above posts. As u can imagine, i am getting slightly peeved at this "support"? It is now the 27th, i emailed support on the 17th ( *counts* ) thats 10 days without a word,reply.. what the hell is going on.

Sorry? ive been waiting 10 days in total. yes i think i need to get some patients agreed. And if u think waiting 10 days for something i pay for, ie... the support, then i think CCP should employ u. Please refrain from commenting further.

You can't honestly expect them to get back to you after a single day, and on the weekend at that.

They don't answer the emails - it's just a device to stop people petitioning. I;ve sent 3 so far and not one ever received an acknowledgement.

it seems that they should pull thier finger out. and do something to help thier customers, the ppl who are buying thier beans. As it stands i dont have a decent thing to say about any of the support i havnt had yet. The lack of communication between "Us & Them" is totally unacceptable.

You've had the correct e-mail address for one day.
Your complaint seems a little baseless, in that respect.
Very few companies respond to support mails on weekends.

Toor, come on, she does have a point. Go in the Help Channel some time, Polaris in there allways tell people they need to know that they will have to wait a while before things "get kickin".
Really, you're not that desperate, nor that much of a "noob" that you need to have everything nownownow and stomp your foot, do ya?
Kick back, go buy your girlfriend a dinner out. You do have a girlfriend, right? A strapping lad such as yourself just can't walk through this world allone now, can he?

If u start at the top of the thread, it outlines that many days have passed, so its not nownownow, its like.. nextnextweek.
But, yeah, i guess ur right, waiting 10 days simply doesnt justify my ranting. Im sorry. I just thought support would do thier best to answer my mails withing 48 hours.

and this is from the 11th of sept using the "[email protected]" mail address. It doesnt matter anyway, i'll just wait until i get a reply from the new email kindly given earlier.
As for the girlfriend thing, i am female, 30+, married with kids, and tbqf sometimes i feel i should have walked alone.
