I admit it, i suck.
I'm travelling around in my pilgrim and go to buy some new drones. I get to my destination, pick them up and on my way out i notice a ferox on scanner, i find him and he warps to a new belt so i follow him. I find an armageddon in this belt and the ferox warps off so i set up on the geddon instead.
Staying cloaked i approach the geddon and when i'm 7km from him i uncloak, lock him up, slap on the scrambler, slap on the nos, release my drones and promptly get CONCORDOKKENED. I was in a .5!!! wtf. I didn't even notice.
So i lost my pilgrim, with all top named and faction gear on. I suck.
And yes, i know i am humiliating myself, but whatever.  Funny story for you to laugh about.

I think things like that were in the Fr33ks training manual Leilani - I've certainly learned to lose a crow to a mining barge and to smartbomb concord on a gate in high sec during a war !!! That's my excuse and we should stick to it - it's not our fault really, it's our training

Your instict for a kill is obviously strong, reguardless of system rating
almost made the same mistake myself once, the only thing stopping me from shooting a guy was he ws out of range, after that i realised i was in high sec too (lucky escape)

Dont worry about it people have done it before and you wont be the last i once even had a t2 frigate with a faction mod attack me in low sec next to the sentrys thinking he was in 0o.

hehe yeah that's pretty bad but I guess it happens when you're starting out. For the majority of us, we already have bad security status so we pretty much start cussing when we accidently enter a 0.5 system with -5.0 or below security status.
It has happen before, chasing a wartarget cross systems and jumped into a 0.4 with my inty. I was wondering why he was laughing in local when I jumped in.

A corp mate did something similar attack someone at a belt and killed them, he then warped to a gate and turned round to have a chat with me, criminally flagged sitting at a gate in an ishkur is not good for your health, he went pop very quickly.

well ive been buggered by Autopilot afew times, taken me into a higher sec system when am outlawed but thats pretty well think you said it best yourself.

might as well not even try getting away from concord because even if u find a way to evade them
if u attack sum1 ur not legally allowed to attack its an exploit if ur ship doesint get blow up
etc u attack sum1 ur ship must die or u could get petitioned

Would Concord kill you before you could eject?
And if you did eject, what would happen to your ship? (Provided no other players hopped in) Would it still be considered as 'flagged' by Concord?

lol nothing too expensive. a True Sansha medium rep was destroyed, but the Dark Blood EANM survived and the cloak and one of the med diminishing nos survived, so i'm not that bothered really. I stayed with the can till my flag ran out and got a t1 frig and picked my loot back up.

they fixed that you use to be able to shoot sum1 jump out and have sum1 jump in and concord let it be

When I was -10, I lost a fully T2 fitted dominix and a fully T2 fitted Typhoon by jumping into 0.5 within thirty minutes of each other.

all your property gets flagged...drones ships etc and not just the ship you are in.
for example:
Load an indy full of shuttles, then jet them all into space, dock and get a frig and shoot someone.....
