Just returned to Eve after a few years (quit just before T2 made its splash due to Uni Examinations.)
My character now has all learning skills trained plus others and is getting near to ready for low end pvp. Before I quit I played 0.0 mainly but I'm very rusty. I want to learn from the ground up (ie start with frigates and move upwards).
As a result, I am looking for a very active corp that can retrain me in the skills of pvp. My goal in Eve is to get involved in all aspects of pvp from the small frigate fighting to fleet battles.
About me:
25 Years old
Secondary teacher so dont really want lots of 15 yr old smacktalking - i get this enough at school!
Char has 6m SP - mainly in learning skills but others too
I am self-sufficient - dont want free ships/whatever
My time playing is slightly odd and I want a corp that is active at these times... 4pm = 6.30 pm GMT Weekdays, occasional evenings and saturday mornings/afternoons... Evenings are rare so it is extremely unlikely i coluld make regular evening events
Willing to use teamspeak/vent (essential)
I have over 8 years pvp experience in lots of other games and pick up things very quickly
I don't want any "Quick Fix" method to learning pvp... I want to learn the ins and outs from the smallest ship upwards.
Ideally, I woluld like an 0.0 corp that is involved in an alliance. THe Corp MUST want to have fun and not take the game overly seriously; dying sux but as long as the battle was good it is usually worth it!

Hey there. ECP Rogues is currently recruiting. We are looking for pvp'ers. Our corp is mainly EU, but we have US players too. We have access to 0.0 and we pvp everyday :) Check out our killboard on this link: Killboard.

You may find what you are looking for in Red Horizon. Im in a similar situation to you, having recently come back after a year or so out of the game (I started in Beta on another character, then sold it, then came back and am stuck with my alts). I totally understand not wanting to put up with smack talking 1337 kiddies in corp chat, as I have 4 kids of my own at home, and play games as recreation, not babysitting practice.
