Ok, here's the plan. I set up a trial account which offers an IPO at 1 bil isk per share. You all pay me 1 bil isk each, I leg it with the isk, and launder it to my main. You then petition the gm's for your isk back, recieving it in a couple of days. Linkage I then give you 50% of the original isk back. You gain 500mil, I gain 500mil per investor. The trial account gets banned, boohoo.
Everyone wins? Discuss.

That's where the launder bit comes in.
Besides, even if they take the isk back, no-one loses anything - so it's risk free on the behalf of the investors.

Actually, it works like this:
You set up a trial account which offers an IPO at 1 bil isk per share. We all pay you 1 bil isk each, You leg it with the isk, and launder it to your main. Linkage The GM's follow the ISK from the trial account to your main, ban all of your open accounts and then the trial account gets banned, boohoo.
Everyone wins.

its impossible to launder isk.
i remember ages ago when there was some dupe exploit and some people made massive ammounts of money rather than a roleback they just removed the isk from everyones wallets and some people ended up with there wallet having alot of minus isk.
this includes the people who were given isk or ships

It is very possible to launder ISK - or if its not possible to launder ISK, at least its entirely possible to drag a lot of innocents into lots of trouble. There is a trail of ISK - but the same trail of ISK is there even if there is no sinister scheme involved ...

actually something funny like this happened way back in SWG. A group of ppl realised a way for duping credits (ISK.) Then they would launder it resulting in an amazing number of bans were actually more then 50% of the ppl banned was innocent. Very funny. Some got their accounts back after months of checking loggs.
They would dupe the ISK spread it on the market and traders then SOE had no choice but to ban everyone that ever had the duped credits on their character. Still remember the cat fights and all the outrage on the forums, was crazy never seen anything like it. Untill the CU/NGE

the roleback that happened in eve was due to some exploit that was patched in by mistake as far as i recall and nothing to do with duping, im 99% sure that roleback was before someone discovered how to dupe. (think it was rus corp? seem to remember alot of there members beeing banned for it?)
