i decided to do missions for a concord agent hoping to get a concord L2 and eventually a concord L3. i have done 40/0 missions for this mediocre -16% agent and still no referals. i did 18/1 for my first L1 (non-concord) when i got my 1st referal.
is this the worst of luck or did i miss something? is it so that concord agents doesn't give referals?
i'm sorry if this was answered somewhere else. i did check without finding anything.

Yep, I got my lvl2 after around 30 missions, and then a lvl3 after 66 missions for the lvl2.
But the lvl3 is pretty useless, I don't get any implants :/ I've only done 16 missions so far though.

A number of the level 1s will offer their services when you dock at their station...try the Bureau in Ipref. - Carp Riddell - CEO, Innsmouth Shipping - Proud Member of Curse Alliance

Two questions re: CONCORDE Agents:
1) Do you need 2.0 faction with CONCORDE Assembly to get Agent-on-dock, as with other corps? I.e. is CONCORDE like the others in this regard? (As I don't have 2.0 yet it's easy for me to check I s'pose.)
2) Is your CONCORDE corporate standing (not faction with CONCORDE Assembly) in fact your Security Rating? Mine appears to be, but I'm quite new to all this so it's not clear and I hadn't been watching all that close.

I believe you do need to have a Concord faction of 2.0 to get an agent on dock. The Concord station in Vellaine has an agent that accepts on dock. Your Concord faction is "NOT" the same as your security rating (my faction is 3.46 while my security rating is 5.3)

I received a Concorde Level I agent on dock. I have a positive security rating and my Concorde Assembly faction rating is 4.48.

Edited by: Qax Moraka on 28/09/2003 02:45:32 I initially had a lvl 1 DED agent and after 40 missions she referred me to a lvl 2 Concord agent, who unfortunately is mediocre, plus she insults me all the time as I am Gallente and she is Caldari. One of my corp mates had the same lvl 1 DED agent but he was reffered to an awesome rated SCC agent.. no fair! hehe I think it may have been that I failed 2 missions for the DED agent when I got blackholed in Yulai, so she got miffed and gave me the mediocre agent.
