The difference between L4 Courier and L4 Kill is astounding. I keep having to check whether my agent is really L4.
Typically with my Kill Agent I get:
Reward: 1 million isk
Bonus: 1 million isk
LP: 2k - 4k
Travel Time: usually in system
Typically with my Courier Agent I get:
Reward: 100k
Bonus: 100k
LP: 50 - 60
Travel Time: usually 5 - 7 jumps, many times 3 or more jumps in low sec x 1 to 3 times because of the size of the hauls 30 - 70k M3
When you count bounties from NPCS into this equation the rewards skyrocket for kill missions. Whats the deal with this, its not danger because I can assure you, jumping a hauler into multiple low sec systems is much more dangerous then jumping a raven in a L4 spawn.
Is my courier agent bugged / do you have a great courier agent?

What are the different qualities of the agents? Though that sounds a bit odd for couriers. I think my L3 gave more than that.

Effective quality is probably very low. I get a few 100k at least for 3-4 jumps. And usually only a few 100m3.
It s also a matter of risk vs reward so courier usually gives less reward.

Level 4 Q20 Manufacturing agents based in yehaba give off 2000-5000 LP per mission ( u need to take courier type agents in low sec to get the full benefit of courier missions that said haulers are cheap so its a vaiable way to be but instas and a alt scout work best)

Well, I have a lvl4 courier agent in high-sec that gives me 4-5jump missions with an average of 200-300lp per mission for a 3-5k m3 haul...
Kill agents give out missions that are "normally" more dangerous and you also lower your standings with the faction you are hitting, aswell as you gain/lose security status.

0.0 manufacturing agents if u have used em are very good LP and reward wise given the risk in PVP its understandable they arent used more often

Are you sure it's a level 4 courier agent??
I just finished a mission called "various Deliveries" total moved around 150k m3, total of 10 Hops in my freighter. Reward was 1.3M bonus of 1.5M
and I got 5197 LP, This from a level 4/13 Mining agent.
