to begin with i'd say trading in high sec space. You don't need many skills to fly a hauler youve just got to pick the trade route with the highest return and you should make decent money, i will warn you though this is best done as a semi afk operation and don't try trading into low sec although the profits are better you'll more likely than not get blown up numerous times.

Start with lvl 1 missions or mining to get a decent pile of iskies and then start looking at trading with a hauler. Its not fun, but its profitable enough to get you those skillbooks fast.

Well Buckfast isn't a very good stripper name so that's ruled out... Better stick to rating and mining then! --------------------

For skills, get all of the learning skills first and train them to level 1 each (takes about an hour to do all of them). Then get the "main" skills for each section. "Engineering" "Leadership" "Learning" "Electronics" etc. You'll know they're the "main skills" because they wont have any requirements for them. They cost about 18k as well, at most science stations.
Train them all up to level 1 or 2. In the mean time, do some missions from an agent or some mining like the tutorial showed you. Get a Frigate and then try mining for 2 hours, shooting pirates for 2 hours and missions for 2 hours. Maybe some trading as well. See which one you like the most, then think what do you want. Do you want a Cruiser for killing rats, do you want a mining cruiser? Perhaps you want a transport ship etc. Then look at what they require and get the skills for that. Don't go for the advanced skills (things that cost over a million isk) since you wont need them for at least 2 or 3 months. You can use these 2 hour slots to work out how much money you can make. See which is the most profitible and do that whilst training to do what you *want*.
