only ever had 1 helios, it has lasted a good few moneths, that sound reliable?
HIGH: Cov ops cloak (duh), Scan probe launcher (offlined) MED: AB, Cap Battery, 7.5 scram, 2 x multispec LOW: nanos
to use the probe launcher, offline the ewar
experiance in a cov-ops > setup tho

On a covert ops i would fit overdrive instead of nano, you will just instacloak when you try to warp through a enemy camp, so no need for really fast warping. Overdrives are more usefull because you will be mostly moving cloaked and overdrives give you more speed than. _________________________________________________

overdrives are good... but i prefer warping fast, those times when something gets a lock on you (/me shivers uncontrollably) then you want to warp out fast.
idealy you dont get locked

On mine, I generally run either Nano's or overdrives in the lows (for max speed while cloaked), a scan probe launcher and the CO cloak in the highs, and the mediums I run a warp scrambler, and either sensor dampeners or jammers. You'll most likely have to offline the probe launcher to online the ECM/dampeners, unless you sacrifice speed and run coprocessors in the lows.
And before anyone quips about the use of a warp scrambler on a helios, yes I have been called upon to tackle in it. A week or so ago I was out scouting and spotted an enemy freighter with light escort moving around. I tailed them while my corpmates rallied an intercept force of battleships and got ahead of them, and then when we were ready I followed the freighter through the gate and warp scrambled him while the cavalry came in, an I stayed alive by jamming the escorts.
Not much point to running any other setup really. With only 2 high slots, you dont have the firepower to solo anything beyond a tech1 industrial unless you dont want to fit the co cloak.
