Hedia le'fair as he is perma drunk, talks about weird stuff and has a pet penguin (for real!!)
Wokka- Could say alot about wokka but this sums him up :
Wokka and my friend sam are getting drunk, sams gf (rachel) and sams sister (vicky) join them. Vicky is leaning back on wokka and notices he is standing to attention  he then asks he to give him a b*** j**. She says no and the night goes on and ends up with a drunk wokka going to sleep in the spare room.
Wokka decides to sleep naked and in the middle of the night sleep walks into rachels mums room, he wakes her up while leaning over her and asks for a cash point!!!

Conmen is by far the most twisted person I know. He refuses to fly into combat without have at least one unit of quafe in his cargo and makes everyone have one as well....used to talk about stuffing his girlfriend in the trunk of his car and pushing it off into the ocean...yeah he needs help...great pilot though...must be a pre-req to be a pilot.
He also claims he's amish, jewish, and a string of other religions...instists he IS the mob boss of eve and actually believes it...the guy has to be one of the funniest guys I have ever heard of on TS.

Can't say i've ever had the chance to be around some of the mentioned , though Zelota always likes to remind me of how he stole a Rupture of mine like 20months ago and counting .
So personally i'd have to vote Spacehobo Bobo , just listen to him on TS for 5 mins , you'll either be laughing your ass off or feel like slapping him , and yeah Mindlles and Boldyn are slightly mad too ( special mention to Adam Dartnell  says some funny things that really do make you laugh )

In my experience I'd say Munchy. Give this guy a couple beers and he'll attack 3 bs solo in his blasterthron, he even survives sometimes and he can be absolutely hilarious on teamspeak.

Jacuro definatly and here is why:
While -v- was celebrating it's birthday with around 200 man gang and some really large gangs of the allys (LV, Chimp, KOS) he had the idea that he could push the self-destruct button and immediatly chancel it. His problem only was he crashed after he pressed self-destruct, take a guess what happend when he logged back in ?
Ship gone loot on safespot and around 400 ppl laughing their asses off!

my money is on zelota. Ive known him for a few years, and he and i are real good RL friends too. Yes I have actually hung out with the crazy guy. About two summers ago i took him hunting with me while i was in cieland. I gave him his own gun to use...I GAVE HIM A GUN TO USE, LOADED!!!

Im going to go with an odd one.
Kileak- I was in corp with this guy for like 5 months and he had this complete Darth Vader persona going almost the entire time. Then one night I am traveling up the pipe to 4c and pass a NORAD gate camp in PF-346 and here he is singing in local Jimi Hendrix and randomly typing "Dum Dee Doo, Dum Dee Daa" and such then telling his gang mates they were all newbs and his singing rocks. To this day I have no clue whether he was drunk or someone was using his account.

He behaved sometimes like kid on drugs. If he proposed some pvp, you knew that it'll get funny, but also suicidal meaning you died and he escaped or something like that or you just got away in structure.
When he flamed, it was a mixture of broken English and German, he was giggling on TS and what he wrote in local was either totally stupid or not understandable at all. Once we found someone, who flamed even more stupidly back and it went over half an hour or so.
And the chance that he did something that he shouldn't do, was really high: 'Don't shoot that neutral. He's a friend.' No answer. *Boom*. 'Damn it, you shouldn't shoot him.' Then he giggled, said sorry and we had to solve it somehow.
Without alliance, 300 corp standings weren't enough and we had to memorize 7 friend alliances and check the alliance tab in overview.
Reminds me of another mate at that time maybe 10 months ago in a gang:
'Who is friend SA or SE ?'
'SA friend, SE hostile. Read corp mail.'
'Ok.'
... 5 minutes later... *boom* ship destroyed ... *boom* podded...
'Yey !!!' *proud*
'Wtf, why do you shoot SA ?'
'Oh, sorry, got that wrong I guess.'
... convo... 'Sorry, what did you lose, we'll pay for it.'
Think 4 evenings pvp in that week and no evening without needing diplomacy and paying for collateral damage.
