I am having troubles finding a cheap card also. I was considering Ebaying a radeon 9800 for about 80-ish.. But a nice cheap card would be good.
So 9600 pro is actually a good card?
(currently running on 9250 128mb)

Is there much of a difference between the 9600 pro and 9600XT?
Also, some cards are made by another company called "Sapphire". Ive been told that the only difference is they use cheaper parts, so the card might not last as long before it starts to break, can anybody confirm that this is the only difference?

Is that a good card you think? Or would i be best hunting for a 9600 pro?

I didnt follow link ...but the XT version of an any ATI card will be the best version. So if price is similar, then go for the XT. Ive seen some good clearance prices on 9800 series cards too, so check that out. And finally, as a poster above said...the Nvidia 6600 series is a good card for the money...more powerful than 9600, but I suspect a bit more money, as well.
