just to clarify, i am not ranting, questioning any decisions or breaking any of the rules posted here this is a simple inquiry because i just want to know how long. if this thread is in violation of said rules please PM or email me with the offending rule, thank you.
what has been your average turnaround on reimbursment claims...

There must be a bit of a backlog atm. The 'official' time is one working day. Though like you I have a petition open that has been open for an extended period of time. Thankfuly, mine isn't that important. Your signature is too large! Please resize it according to the forum guidelines. Jacques Archambault |

its not overly important its that i just wanted to see if everybody was seeing the same timeframe as me and if it was due to the upcoming patch and the previous one just out a few days ago.

I whole-heartedly support a lack of lockage in this thread
As for the re-imbursement claims, they take a while right now: betewen a week and two usually I think. I think the SVE thing has probably increased the number of petitions hugely due to the community in uproar, with plenty probably petitioning to complain
If you are still getting the "your phonecall is very important to us" analogue emails, just wait. If not, re-petition.

havent received any corrospondance whatsoever in the matter, thats what threw me for a loop, usually you do get at least a message saying they are looking into the issue or something along them lines, didnt know if my issue was baffeling them into submission or if it was just a heavy workload.
either way i hope the queue gets a little shorter because i know how it is to have a backlog so long you have no end in sight
and thank you for your support hippo

I never had a petition not get a response, but have been through a week or so on a reimbursment. It could take some time for the facts to be checked, and as some said, the Q could be excessive right now.
patience will help, but a baseball bat makes ya feel better in any case (you have to swing it at things for it to work)
hope you get your losses back.
