I had the sisi client installed, went to patch it up to the latest build but it made it incompatible with 64bit :/??
I ran the repair tool, it has repaired the client back down to TQ, how can i get it back to sisi? The TQ>sisi patch is not working and i cannot find any patches from other sites to upgrade
i was told to run something in the command line in my repair, but i dont know how to do that :/
running Windows 7 OS Client is running at normal TQ build. |

Damn, still. I tried to reply last night but then I lost my connection. =/
All I wanted to say is that I also found I needed to wipe my messed up install and get the TQ->Sisi patch again. As you said that doesn't seem to appear on the Sisi patches page. However, the "Generic Patcher" link on the same page did the job for me. Running that last night applied the correct patch to my TQ copy. |

I applied that to a fresh copy of the TQ install. I did so before today's patch, but that filename just pasted is the correct new patch number so you should be right.
If it helps, someone reported an issue with seeing the download on Chrome, but it was fine in Firefox. |

It doesn't seem to be adding the patch to the client either....
As the fresh copy still seems to be able to connect to TQ :/ |

I am getting the same error:
error: Error -3 while decompressing data: incorrect header check
This is after running repair.exe on my test folder, overwriting all the test folder files with fresh ones and trying several times. 4 hours of messing about for absolutely no progress.
Anyone have any hint of a resolution for this ridiculous issue? I have a feeling its likely to be quite simple as it seems to be a CRC error. |

Same issue as above. Alot of others are having the same issue. Down-loads about 200 plus MB of file then errors out every time. |

What stumps me is that other people are on SISI, so there must be another way to get online. |

I has the 282MB issue - downloaded and failed.
I had a copy of my SISI folder and applied patch manually from Chruker, this was 25MB and worked.
Hope this helps, tier 3 v3 textures are amazing |

That patch off Chruker is no longer downloadable, when clicked on you just get a blank screen and cant save the link.

Run the client without the launcher and use the in-game patching tool al la TQ. |

Eh? I have two Eve folders. One for TQ, another for SiSI.
So basically, I went into my SIngularity folder and ran eve.exe. The rest was done by the game's autopatcher.
You may have to run the executable using a shortcut that tells it to connect to Singularity if you don't have a dedicated SiSI build anymore. I'm sure the necessary parameter can be found on the forums somewhere. |

Ok, i have done that, got the auto patcher up and it is now downloading the 282MB patch that keeps failing. |

Not the autopatcher. Run eve.exe, the game executable. Once you enter the login screen, you'll get prompted to download a 25MB update. |

I am running the eve.exe for sisi, i get the server name sisi, but the auto patcher is giving me a 282MB download, which has just failed. |

Ah. So you run the game, then the patch doesn't work?
EDIT: I see. Don't know what to do about it TBH. Maybe try downloading a completely fresh install? I know it's going to suck having to download several GB worth of client, but there's nothing else that I can still think of. |

ok.. i got the same problem.
here is the fix:
- step 1: check your current sisi version - step 2: download all patches from http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php (the downloads are fine) - install them - step 3: start eve.exe - step 4: maybe there is one more patch else login
works for me!

For months, the only way for me to do it sucessfully every time was to keep a spare copy of the most recent (full) TQ 'offline installer' on my HDD in a seperate directory, and every time the Sisi build changed I'd delete the Sisi folder/contents, re-install it using the offline-installer, then use the Sisi Launcher to patch that instead. Worked every time, even though it was a hassle... |
