11 buy and sell orders at various stations across Metropolis region and none went through. Other traders have been asking about this in the help channel as well, not sure about their regions.

The same in Domain region. NPC prices just haven't changed... Is this a bug or a feature?

Same goes to: Sinq Laison, The Citadel, Everyshore, Genesis and Essence...
Will that be fixed anytime today, or only tomorrow on next dt!?

I can vouch for metrop aswell and for the citadel.
New feature? Hope not as i`ve heard nothing about it! :(
Not too happy about buying more goods till i know my other sell orders will go thru eventually!

word is going around that this may be a "Fix" and this is the way it'll be from now on, that was processed with todays downtime. I haven't seen Dev confirmation though yet.

Seems like the price modification procedure was finally restored to the state I once observed (some months ago, but I'm not sure of that): they are now slowly changing to min sale and max buy instead of hard reseting to the limits every downtime...

I'm not buying that this was a planned changed. It's too big a nerf to have been done between patches and without any official word. Massive stealth nerfing is the realm of SOE not CCP. They might nerf things but at least they usually tell us in advance and with patch notes so we can plan accordingly. Leaving players high and dry with their entire net worth tied up in something that is suddenly worthless just doesn't seem like a bright move.
