Im Sry Ive been searching for a while for a toon now so i know what the prices roughly area and even tho your skills are very well allocated "not much Waste" my bid would be 14 bill max 11-14 bill is very good offer for 40+ sp toon any more then 14 Bill and you could get 50+ toon 60+ toon for up to 26 bill

Might be true, but because this char has not much waste, and is nicely trained i can not settle for less then 15.5
