First off, I'd like to tell everyone here that ISK is the best commodity you can have in EVE. Without it, nobody could do anything.
Before I even knew what an IPO was (read http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=351341&page=1#13 to see how silly I was) I had created a corporation with an IDEALIST objective. To make ISK while making others ISK at the same time.
How? Well, I started by hiring people into my corp, where I take the 10% tax and invest it into more ISK, then pay out every two weeks to the members the entire contents of the corp wallet. This is proving to be a great value, as we have made small amounts of profit.
What can I offer you?
This is the best part. Here is what you can do to make ISK:
Purchase a share from HelpCorp United Stock Division (my alt corp to isolate it from my corp voting issues) for 1 million ISK each (currently. I will let you all know when this changes). It does not matter how many shares there are, because each time you buy a share, you receive a ticket that is ALWAYS GOING TO BE WORTH WHAT YOU PAID FOR. This means you can return it at any time for the exact amount you paid for it.
Now, we will take all this ISK and invest it wisely. I have a great trade network of people, and some are even good friends of mine who I have been with for months. At any rate, the money we bought from you will go into making more money. Once we have traded and made profit, objective accomplished! Then, you may sell your share back to us for the initial value you payed for it plus 50% of the profit generated by your share.
So, here's the exact guidelines and rules
Currently, shares are worth 1 million isk to buy and to sell. I have 776 available. I will be creating 9000 tomorrow.
10,000 shares will be the maximum created. This will not change for 6 months, and even then, I do not think it will change.
After purchasing any amount of shares, you may sell them back at any time for the value you payed for them. After one calendar month passes, you may sell them back for the initial value plus 50% of the profit generated by that share.
(One calendar month is the number of days in the month in which the shares were purchased).
Again, if you sell me back your shares before one calendar month has elapsed, you will NOT receive any profit generated from your shares, only the initial value you payed for them.
This is based of course on trust. I have no reason to rip anyone off. I am an honest, hard-working individual who wants to see everyone in EVE succeed. So, right now I have 776 shares available.
Who is interested? YOU CANNOT LOSE MONEY! Because there will always be the amount in the pool that you put in to begin with! ALWAYS! This insures you! There will always be the amount you people put into the shares in the pool with this model.
Please send me an evemail saying how many you would like. I will then let you know if we have that amount available, then we may make the transfer. First come first serve.

You single-handedly ****** up CVA and Huzzah because of a hissy-fit over a few battleships, have no idea how to fit ships, and likely are scamming these poor pubbie bastards even now. I point to the following "how to scam" thread, written by none other than Siigari Kitawa.
==Scamming - This is another art form which I have actually used before. Realize that if the other person thinks it's a good deal, that's great. You can do this a lot of ways, but my favorite way is to get a couple faction items, two or three basic implants and a load of miscellaneous crap such as drones, ammo, battleship modules (or other "big" stuff) and other things you really don't ever use. Go into the trade channel and do what I like to call a "cleanout" (heh, because the person getting cleaned out isn't you, it's them). Announce you have a ton of stuff to sell including some good faction items and you want to sell the entire package for a certain price that's about 250% above the price of your faction items. Find the right sucker and boom, you win.==

I have no doubt that your "alt corp" is a sham which will be deleted once you've accumulated enough money from willing sheep, and your alt as well. Of course, if you're actually trying to make an honest buck, then I accept my new position as 'suspicious tard'.

I like how ISD facilitate scamming in the sell forums becuase they delete any "off-topic" remark. That policy needs to change, the community is part of how we protect ourselves and if you just delete every questionable post then it gives free reign to the scammers.
And this one is definately raising scam alarms, didnt even try to think of anything better than, you give me money and I give you more in a month... like magic!
Will see you ISD guys in a month when this turns out to be a scam and you can be all happy with yourselves that you deleted all the warnings.

Most people run IPOs on random alt characters with big promises and no garuntees... Then again, what is investing? Siigari on the other hand is a descently well known player that isn't afraid to offer investment oppurtunities on their main character. With a money-back garuntee and money+profit after the first month, there isn't really anything to lose.
Bought three shares myself, all I had in my silly wallet at the time. =)
