As per the patch notes: The ship blueprint blowout offers have been tweaked (again) to add more emphasis on loyalty points rather than ISK.
Anybody know what kinda "tweak" we're looking at, here? I'm specifically interested in the 200k LP / 500m ISK Caldari Navy Raven.
Any thoughts or predictions?

My faction (not caldari) has alrady been tweaked.
It is now 200k LP + 300 mil.

On the 10th of June I had an offer for a Firefly for 50 million ISK. Be interesting to see what it would be now.

What sucks is that Ive been running missions for months now. Last 4 weeks been waiting for the CNR offer yet to recieve it, hit 284k lp . Crappy implant offers and the such. Would like to see what happens with the new updates.

So now that the mission problem "fix" has been fixed, I'm curious about this faction ship thingy again.
Anybody got any of the new faction ship offers yet?

You've already been answered by Marcsens and don't see how the post-patch would change anything related to that. They knocked 200,000,000 isk off the requirement.

So simply knocking off 200k LP is putting "more emphasis on LP"? And this is besides the fact that his offer was non-Caldari.
Maybe I should have rephrased my second question to read "anybody ELSE..."
One offer, great. Just looking for more confirmation of any faction ship changes, epecially ones that might confirm that they went against what was originally stated.

Bump for you two.
However, the original offer was 200,000 and 500m. His post was not pre-patch I don't think. His post was pre-post patch FIX patch :) that fixed things having nothing to do with LP output. This is why I made the comment I did.
I know the offer was changed because it went from 500m to 300m.
Either way, I'm sure someone will post to clarify.

The patch went in on the 13th, iirc. Certainly that week, not this one.

then how come it was changed from 200k + 500mil to 200k + 200mil before the 20th?
then the 20th notes say "The ship blueprint blowout offers have been tweaked (again) to add more emphasis on loyalty points rather than ISK."

Got my first CNR at 250k SP cost me 500mill, since then I have accumulated another 400k SP and not had 1 CNR offer. I hit 200k SP about 5 weeks ago and all offers I have had have been for ****ty implants.
Has anyone at all had a CnR offer in the last month???

I'm still not convinced that this one example (it was 300m, btw) is in line with the idea of the new offers. I would really like to hear about ANYBODY else getting an offer at 200k LP, and what the ISK requirement was - or (more importantly) someone getting an offer ABOVE 200k LP... as this would more closely resemble what the patch notes stated.
Either way, ONE person's response is only one example so far. I really wanna hear from more people about this... especially anyone who has gotten a Navy Raven post-patch.

I'm well over 600k LP now and haven't had a CNR offer for hm...lets see...getting on for 4 weeks now. It's all been crappy implants.
Wonder if i'll see one of these 'tweaked' offers soon ^^

Just a note... not all 200k offers are gonna be the CNR bpc offers (as I'm sure you know). If it was, we'd all be rich. Its pretty much you either get that one or the implants, and no matter how much higher you go, you've already missed that one CNR offer. There are other CNR offers higher up, but its probably easier to just cash out at 200k LP and start over and try again... at least, that was the case pre-patch.
Things could be different, now, tho. The offer could be 300k... or 400. Dunno... so don't cash out just yet.

Well I am also at the 300k point, waiting to see this ship offer. Around the 200-250 mark I have been getting inundated with implants that are selling on the market for 2 million isk......
I hope these sorts of offers were put into their correct LP areas (ie 10k offers) , why not keep the higher offers for attribute implants, faction modules , faction ships, and maybe even pirate implants/trade goods/POS equipment/etc

I think CCP needs to redue the offers in reguard to Implants. I was offered 2 days ago 4 +4 perc implants for like 240lp. Sounds good right might be able to sell them for 80 mil a piece right? Wrong, it also wants 2000 high-tech small arms. I did find them some 30 jumps away, but they were for like 7k a piece so simple math 7000x2000=140mil 320mil for the implants at 80 mil each you get 180 mil. Some might say hey thats pretty good. Not if you look at agent skills that go for 80-100 mil cost only 15k lp. that works out 5666.66 isk per lp for the agent skills but only 75isk/lp (CNR is 250isk/lp if you sell it for 1 bil minus the 500 mil you bought the BPO for) for the implants. Granted you make some money on missions with loot. But again if you lose 1 bs on one of those many (MANY) missions you would be in the hole compared to any other EVE income generater.

Um...you're not screwed if you don't get your Navy BS offer right around 200k. I've gotten them at 200k and upwards - I forget what the highest point at which I got the 200k BS offer in the past, but it was definitely when I was past 300k. Keep in mind that the number of different offers are much more spaced out the higher you go compared to relatively low LP ranges...so you stay within range of certain stuff for longer than you might think.
I'm mostly getting the 500k offers now (LPs + tags), and this is near 800k LP. In fact, I got the 500k offer about an hour ago.

Interesting info, indeed... especially since I was under the impression that the 200k LP offer "ceiling" was about 250k LP.
Well, now I'm definitely not cashing out yet. Hopefully that offer comes in further down the road.

Well, some of the implant offers used to be really efficient in terms of bang for the buck (before the implant market started to nosedive, anyways). Heck, they still might be profitable - I haven't really looked into it lately. For instance, the ones that require you to provide some tradegoods were among the best non-connection book offers in terms of LP/Isk ratio (if you took the time to work out opportunity cost savings from the lower LP required per implant). For instance, 10k LP + less than a million ISK worth in trade goods for a +3, or 15k LP for the same +3 is pretty much a laughable comparison. This starts to tail off once you get to the +4s and +5s though, in terms of profitability.

It seems like everyone, and not just me, is only getting implant offers, and have for some time. Clearly, there's a bug here. I get an offer each day, and EVERY SINGLE ONE is for 2x +4 implants for 200k LPs...

I surely hope that the ISK 'values' set to the agent ship offers is adjusted heavily.
I mean... 50m for a T1 frig is beyond steep, it's just dumb. And 200m for a T1 cruiser? I could buy a HAC for that... but I won't bother, since a HAC only costs 30-40m to build.
