Tiernan Malinar	Posted - 2006.06.19 10:45:00 - [1] This auction is for my character Tiernan (posting)! One of the most elite characters you will find in the game. So if you are interested in making a great start to the game or obtaining a strong character to play alongside an existing character, he should not disappoint. AGENTS MISSIONS: This character is a top level agent runner having better than 5.0 standing with 6 Caldari Corps and 9.0 faction standing with Mordu's Legion. He has enormous respect with the Caldari State of which he is a proud member and extremely high standing with its corporations and agents. As a result he also has high standing with several other factions that are friendly towards the Caldari. COMBAT: Being an agent runner this character is often required to engage enemy forces. The character has the skills to fly every standard Tech I ship of the four major races which include, Battleships, Battlecruisers, Cruisers, Destroyers, Frigates, Industrials and Mining Barges, plus all Tech II frigates and cruisers which include Assault Ships, Covert Ops, Interceptors, Heavy Assault Ships, Logisitics and Transport ships. That's every type of ship in the game baring Capital Ships! As far as combat is concerned the character is skilled in the use of all large, medium and small turrets and every class of missile available in the game, so will have no trouble finding usable combat equipment anywhere he may travel in the EVE galaxy. He also has high level skills in all types of combat Drones insuring that he inflicts extreme levels of damage! IMPLANTS: This character has a full set of +3 implants. Intelligence, Perception, Memory, Willpower and Charisma are all covered. In addition he has a Hardwiring - Zainou 'Gnome' KYA100 for improved shield recharge rates (important for Caldari ships which have more shielding than any other race in the game) and a Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co. 'Rouge' CY-1 for increased speed. He also has all Tier 1 and Tier 2 learning skills from which he gains an additional +9 points to his attributes dramatically reducing the time it takes to train new skills. MINING / REFINING: Taking a look at the skill list below it can be seen that this character has top level skills in Mining, Astrogeology, Refining and Refinery Efficiency. This means he mines as fast as the fastest miners in EVE. But combine this with his excellent standing of over 6.67 with six of the top Caldari corporations and this means he can refine and recover every last mineral in the ore that he refines. So not only is he one of the fastest miners the game can produce but he recovers 100% of the minerals refined from ore and keeps it all. You can't do better than that! But wait, on top of all that he has the Mining Barge skill trained to level 5 meaning he can fly the Covetor, the most efficient Tech I mining ship available. PRODUCTION: You can also see from the skill list that this character has top level Industry and Production Efficiency skills so is capable of producing any item in the game at the most optimal level. Combined with the mineral recovery ability above this makes him one of the most efficient producers in the entire game. There's no need to buy ships, he can make them for himself or produce them to sell to others at a profit. RESEARCH R&D: This character has at time of listing 152250 Research Points in the Caldari Starship Engineering field with a top level Lai Dai research agent and gains 167.58 more points each day. He also has 3 other R&D projects with over 40K RP each. Character Sheet Bid starts at 1B ISK Bid increments 50M ISK Buyout 10B ISK This auction will finish at midnight on the 30th June. The person that has the highest bid posted before 1st July will be the winner.

The auction goes to the highest bidder not the latest bidder so if you don't want to be sniped, bid higher than the sniper :) 2) The auction ends EVE time (GMT) I will be using the post date so any posts dated 1st July or after will be excluded (even if they are higher bids - but if it exceeds the buyout I may need to reconsider ). 3) Security Status is 1.6 and pickup is in the Caldari Empire System - Isaziwa. I've spent most of my life in empire running missions. I don't have any enemies (I don't think.) 4) No I haven't yet trained Tech II weapons as I spent a lot of time on ship skills but I have the prerequisites for most of them already so it won't take long to train whichever Tech II weapon skills you choose. At least then you can specialise without having a bunch of unwanted ones already trained. 5) The character has no assets or ISK (at least nothing worth mentioning) I figure you can buy what you need for him rather than being burdened with having to bid for stuff he has that you don't want.
