I've just been playing a few weeks and have vacation / holiday coming up and will be offline for a week or so. With an opportunity to set a long skill training up while I'm gone, I was wondering what the best skill to train to level 5 would be. I know there is a thread about top 20 skills in the Skills board but for some reason that won't load for me... I'm currently training my ship flying and fighting skills and thinking Navigation 5 would be useful... ----------------------------------------- Peaceful citizen of Gallente Federation.

Any of the main root skills are good,..elec, eng,
but, imho,...I usually train the skills that I suck at if I am gonna be away so long. Like,..if you have high intelligence/memory,..then set off those spaceship, Navigation, or Gunnery, missle skills,..get'em outta the way,..heh,..since they run off of Perception/willpower,....
Same thing for the reverse,...if you have high perception,...train the elec and engineering skills..
my 2 cents,...

Any Rank 2 skill to level 5 should take 9 - 10 days. Higher ranks will obviously take longer. I would pick a skill that you would normally skip over in favor of more "interesting" skills.

engineering, electronics, Gunnary, Weapon upgrades, Navigation, Spaceship Command, Drones, Energy Systems operation, All the Base learning skills (except maybe charisma).
I think Weapon upgrades engineering and Electronics are the top ones. They all let you fit more stuff on your ship. More grid and cpu is always a good thing. If your going T2 soon you have to get advanced weapon upgrades so you may as well go ahead and get weapon upgrades to lvl 5. Want to be a pirate? Join Sniggwaffe |
