It isn't subliminal if it's visually persistant. The message stays on screen for at least five seconds, therefore it's direct.

Subliminal messages ... I've heard the stories about that during my school time, too.
Single images of ice cream in a movie. These images disappeared too fast to notice them consciously and it supposedly lead to a desire for ice cream in the audience.
Think a few months ago I've seen a broadcast on TV, where they said it has been proven with similar experiments in the meantime that it doesn't work. But I'm too lazy now to google for more info on that subject.

It's in all the Gallente stations that have the Quafe and Quafe girl in them. If you just dock, you will be facing straight toward your ship. Turn to the left and look up. There is the display board. It shows several things and the "You Mush Play Eve" is just one of the images it changes through.

Is your posting of that link breaking the law? That is about as sensible a question as the one you asked.
If you want a meaningful discussion, find a law in some jurisdiction that addresses the issue you see and discuss why you think the law is being broken. Even a hypothetical law and an imagined reason it is being broken would be better than your original post. Otherwise, please explain why your post isn't breaking a law somewhere
