I've had a change in decision here, I literally never do this when it comes to character trading, But being that I'm not in the country until monday 7 July with access to an EVE Client, I will offer you 13Bn, Thats the 12B/O plus transfer fee, for you to hold onto this char and mark the thread as closed until then, Is that ok? Eveboard link below to prove I have the ISK available and ready for you as soon as I can get on EVE

That's fine, I accept your 13b offer. I'd consider meeting you at 11.5 if you're able to transfer the isk sooner than later but I don't mind waiting.
