For the past month and a half I've been fighting with CCP managers and Senior Game reps. over an account that was banned. Everytime they sent me wrote me back it was another excuse after another, but one thing remained the same and today they told me they were going to keep it banned and had no plane to look into it any more. The Cuase of the ban was a factor of many thing both from my side and the side of CCP. Im not saying i didnt do wrong in getting the ban, but a perm ban for what was done was over the top. The fact that CCP wont admint they might have messed up or that they are not willing to work it out shows that they dont care about the people that play the game and all they really care about is the money they make as we sit at our computers for hours playing EVE. Something should be done but i am willing to bet my last dollar nothing will..
This is my B****ing for the day.
Oh and I have consider what i said with my eve mails, and for the note I was Banned trying to sell a character for in-game isk.

They DO care about the people that play the game...which is probably why you were banned and are staying banned.
Granted I don't know what you were banned for, but there isn't a whole lot you would be banned for.

Sounds like you have a problem with authority and Concequences. Live with your mistake, and play a new character. Maybe you won't make the same mistake again. That is the purpose for banning, punishment, so you "learn" from your mistakes.  |

there was a lil more than it. but the character was over 2 years old to make another and move on. yea right wont happen..

I'm more than sure you not saying something, CCP bans people for a reason, you got what you got for a reason..
I dont know what you did but its one less person out there not doing what you did.

You violated CCP's TOS. They responded by enacting their current policy which stands as banning the offending account.
This isn't a power trip. It's following through with policies you Accept as part of playing the game.

Talk about a contradictory statement. If what you say is true, genius, then why did they cancel your account. After all, if $$$ is all their concerned with, then I doubt they would ban any accounts at all.

Posting a thread discussing a permanent game ban on an account is generally not a good idea. If this account was not associated with the banned account, you just gave up the goods. Besides, discussing actions taken against your account on the forums is not a good idea and against the rules.
If you have gone 'up the chain of command' and made it to the Senior GMs for review, you have pretty much exhausted recourse at that point. You may disagree with their ruling, but their decision is pretty much final.
I'm locking the thread because it violates a number of forum rules and there's no need to have any more broken, including trolling or flaming.
