Aye as said above His Atribute not soo good.
To me he is worth 600 Million, As nothing really special about him so i would say the 1 million Sp Per 100 Mill
if you decide you wanna sell him for a more Resonable price Eve Mail me or reply here

some harsh comments expressed here and i agree on the most part but then everything appeals to someone there fore consider this a bump/bid of 400,
oh and the name is terrible, if u decline my offer id like to say inline with te trend... GL Selling

Happened to one of my auctions
They love to write their opinions and WE all know what they smell like.
Be nice if "people" like this would get "flagged" and get "read only" access with No "**** moan the thread capabilites", maybe no write for a month would work.

Sorry forgot to mention it...yes it have +1 implants...so you can see that whit a set of +3 the atributes wont be just good...will be very good for an overall character
