Hi
I star play eve and my friend give me plex (buddy invite) for start. He give plex to 3 other ppl (we are from 1 guild but play other mmo game) and 2 week after activte plex i get warning " Buying in-game items/ISK for real money ":
According to our logs, you have received in-game assets (ISK or other items) from characters which have been verified as having been involved in selling these assets for real money. We can only conclude that you have bought these assets for real money and we are therefore issuing a formal warning in accordance with our policies since this is a breach of the EULA section 6.B. We have also removed the ISK or assets or estimated ISK value of the assets or profit you gained by selling the assets from your character.
As we have mentioned, buying in-game items from illicit sources such as ISK selling/Real Money Trading websites or auction sites is a serious EULA violation and is damaging to our game world. The ISK or assets you obtained will have been acquired by hacking into other playerGÇÖs accounts, by buying PLEX with stolen credit cards or by using modified clients and macros. We hope that you understand, in light of these facts, why we must take action against such activities.
If you need to supplement your wallet balance by buying more ISK, then you have the option to buy PLEX from the EVE Online website and then sell them on the market, as this is the only way that you may buy ISK legitimately. Please note that only CCP sells PLEXs legally and no one else. We also sincerely hope that this will be the only time that we will have to issue a warning of this nature and should point out that any other similar incidents in the future will lead to further action being taken against your account, up to and including a permanent ban.
We should point out that if you wish to contest this warning then you may file a support ticket either in-game or from the EVE Online website. Please do not reply to this mail as it will not receive a response from Customer Support. These sort of issues can only be dealt with through the ingame support ticket system.
and get walet on - 651 milion (before that my wallet was 40-50 mil). Strange becaus the other 3 person don't get NOTHING and my friend who give me plex same nothing from admin/ccp. He got bonus for buddy but nothing more.
Now why i get this warning when my plex was give me via trade (trial account cannot accept contract). Now i wait almost week for respond. I just ask "can you give me name player who you suspect?" and 0 respond.
Like i say befote, 3 other player who get plex from the same person don't get any warning or suspect. Now this account is lost (warning and wallet) but they don't respond. Heh... "i got bad day so today i give warning this player" - ccp

You won't get any response to how quick it will go here, just be patient and wait for them to reply and I'm sure you'll get things sorted out.

If you're legit...
It's basically saying your buddy has been verified as selling ISK or in-game items (inc. PLEX) for real money, probably on eBay, and they assume that you bought your PLEX from him for real money which isn't allowed.
You could contest it, if you can prove you didn't buy the PLEX for real money or your friend didn't acquire said PLEX via RMT... which will be hard to do. |
