I petitioned something at the start of June with my main character. I've sent three messages since and nothing has happened, its not even been acknowledged.
I don't expect to get anything back from the petition in truth, but whats the next step?

I had the same when using the in-game petition system - not even an email saying they received the petition.
Then I tried the out-of-game petition - got an email straight away, and my stuff back within 10-11 days.
I guess the in-game petition system is buggered ?

I still have opened a petition since 3 month ago about POS sov and still didn`t had a GM/Dev respond/solution to that. Anyay I think they will have their hands full today with petitions :)

I created a 'reimbursment' petition 10 days ago and have recieved absolutely no response to it.
Ergo, the 'reimbursment' petition feature simply does not work; filing anything under that option is instantly sent to the recycle bin.

Ive had the same problem. But its not that its bugged. After actually convoing a dev, i found out that its just that they are overwhelemed atm.
What i suggest is people if they have more than one reimbursement, to not make another petition, but to combine it, and add another message. :S Hopefully ill get my brutix along with my eagle lol.
But its happened to most if not all people. Just be patient. The devs love us, even if they dont show it with hugs and patches.
