This was happening a few days before patch. By the day before patch they were all down to "Nothing Easily Predictable."
I am curious as to what this will implicate for the future of the T2 market as it stands. Although, I don't expect much response from CCP on it. It's their secret plan.
Then again, I won't be suprised when the conspiracy theories start.

Does this mean they aren't gonna give out bpo's for starship engineering?

I hope they'll declare all those t2 bpo's which were gained, say, 12 months ago (and more) as 'out-of-date' and'll bring'em back to the pool. lol

For now Yes.
In the future, no one but CCP knows. If not, seems like a waste of RP and training to use my lvl 4 Caldari Starship Engineering agent....

There will be new ships, but if you really want you can still scrap your 100,00RP's, and start a new agent?

The new ships are T1 only so the BPO'S will be seeded on the market as stated in one of the Dev Blogs

I do wonder about how many of the first batch of BPOs that came out are no longer in use or being built upon.
