CCP,
When installing halo implants into the character and than trying Heretic the sig radius actually increased from 83 to 139 
I've also checked variety different ships such as Raven and Phoenix.
Halo implants or descriptions (or both) needs to be FIXed ASAP. Especially if deveopers can confirm it being not only description but actual reverse bonus issue.

I would appreciate if you'd be bit less misterious in your response.  I'm simply trying to address a serious(or so it seems) issue with a game mechanics at this stage.
I'f I'm missing something and that is the effect halos should in fact produce on the character's ships (Heretic in particular) than I bring my apologies and ask to close the topic.
CCP if I posted the issue in the wrong area of the forum please move it to the right one. Appreciate it.

Do you know what -10% in a module or skill descriptions means?
Let's analyse it.
'-' can mean a bonus or malus, depending on the issue it is applied to. -inertia is a good thing ort a bad thing? In RL it is better, in ccp's world is is worse. It is worse because someone got inertia and agility mixed up.
10 can be +10, *0.1, *1.1, *0.9, *2.1 depending on who wrote it and in what mood he did the description. The base the 'multiplier' is used on is often not recognisable.
% has nothing to say in the context of EVE. It can be 'accidently placed', mean percent, mean '-', mean a multiplier of 200% ... among a couple more things.
Wanna bet that the internal documentation isn't done any better?
I think someone is working on the Cynofield/Cloaking issue and redid the sig calculation on most, but not all places it is used.

Thanks for the thorough reponse. CCP please ignore or lock the thread. I found the solution to out of the this world Heretic sig. Had to repackage the ship for siggie bonus to kick in. It does kicks in but only partially on unpackaged ship. Also clearing cache folder will give you few extra digits.
The only thing is insurance money on ths ships. :(

lol repackage..... delete cache...... I'm sure it'd be simpler if they fixed the code to make it work first time :/

Yes i Have been Working on the Halo Implants for about a full week and have found some ships have problems with the Radius Decreasing and other ships Radius is right. but i have sent in a Bug report about this issue.
