OK why is it that when EVE does have problems its normally around 5-6pm GMT ??? Im a hard working lad who does from 7.30am till 5 pm.
I get home and I go to my PC , log inot EVE and low and behold it lags , stutters then crashes out. Now it says STATUS: PROXY NOT CONNECTED
WTF is that now?
If you have to do stuff CCP PLEASE PLEASE try to do it not when Im about to log on and play EVE.
Do it at like 4am GMT or somthing.
Moan over , I love EVE by the way , its just frustrating as hell when this happens when I get home from work !!!!

LOL you should thank your self lucky they dont do DT at 6pm GMT instead of 11am GMT.... the game is played world wide and generally the UK members are way better off, with DT's and time zones.

Individual local times around the world:
it would be a great and so usable idea if the EVE client could check the local time of the gamer and compare it with the EVE server time. That would allow the EVE client to inform the gamer in his/her local time about begin and end of downtimes.
Great idea, right?
Greetings,
Sven

I reckon just below the EVE Clock a countdown timer should be displayed counting down to DT

Actually EVE time currently is GMT -1 hour. End of the summer EVE catches up I presume.
