In the news, about people getting blown to smithereens for defending their ore:

So quit *****ing. You asked for it, you got it. Ditto with the morons who get their ships blown to bits within a split second because of splash damage against a stargate or sentry gun.

so i guess its too much to ask to have a concord that is capable of differentiating (sp) between the good guy and the bad guy? Thats like giving the dumbest guy on the block the marshall badge just cause hes the biggest and strongest.

I knew THIS line of reasoning was coming. ROFL. Please describe how you would accomplish such a thing without undermining the whole point of "UBER CONCORD"? i.e., how do you differentiate between the "good guys" and the "bad guys" ?
By necessity you will find that any answer you come up with will ultimately wind up undermining what you are trying to accomplish.
