Character Info :
This is the perfect character for any individual or corporation seeking to expand their Science / R&D or Industry abilities. This character is very heavily concentrated into the fields of science and industry. He has 3mil sp invested in Industry and the only Industry skill that he does not have would be Advanced Mass Production, although he does have Mass Production V and is able to train it, I merely havent bought the book for him yet. As far as Science skills go, he currently has 5.5m sp and has every research skill at level 3, about half of them at 4, and Caldari Starship Engineering at 5. In addition to that, he is currently researching with 4 different agents with a combined total of 38,592 RP (as of this afternoon anyways). Advancing this character will be a breeze due to his already high learning skills with over 3m sp in learning including Eidetic Memory 5 and Logic 5. Also, the character has a full set of implants including a +4 Memory implant, +3 Per, Cha and Int, and a +2 Wil implant. Although the character has a neutral security status, he does have a Caldari State standing of 3.07, which some mission running would increase rapidly to expand his horizons. why bother with an auction, then just put an extension on so you can sell it under your reserve?

In auctions, public bids drive up prices.. by getting 1 offer, out of auction, after it ended.. well.. that doesnt drive up price now does it..
I will go out on a limb here and say ur a puss for not sticking to your own auction rules..

And what do forum rules say about agreeing a price, then going back on it?
He sent me a ingame mail saying he would accept my 1.8 bil bid. (that is without me even have to offer more)
he then mails me to say he got a higher offer of 1.9 and selling to him.
Sorry but he put an end to auction.
auction ended.
he then says its mine at 1.8bil.
then 'extends' auction few hrs so he can take a 1.9bil bid he got after saying the char is mine.
does not even extend the auction 24 hrs to give ppl in different time zones chance to put in another bid.
guys is either dodgy or stupid, or maybe both...
