Sharpen your pitchforks people, I have another wonderful series of ideas. 
Step 1: Disallow anchoring moon mining structures in w-space.
Step 2: Add moons with moon minerals. Rotate moons on a weekly basis & a finite amount{say 2400 units}
Step 3: Introduce new T3 exhumers & modules to mine said moon goo.
Step 4: Set up new modules to not activate if a control tower is detected on grid.
Step 5: Give black holes bonus moon goo.
Step 6: Enjoy all the new residents to w-space.
Step 7: 23/7 rage rolling to find & violence said ships. 
Please try to keep your trolling to a minimum. Yeah, I've heard most of what your going to say. |

Intends of new idea:
Gets carebears such as my self to leave POS FF to scan & mine said moons in deliciously expensive ships.
Brings more residents to w-space.
Increases the industrial activity in w-space w/o making it the primary income method.
Increases PVP activity as the groups{whom posting very harshly below} will roll for ganks & eventually find each other. |

how about NPC poses in wormholes? you want occupy wh and you find very guarded by sleepers to anchor the pos you have to destroy sleepers |

The end game purpose of moongoop is to create t2 modules. There is no need to add goop to wormholes if there was a industry in wormhole space to create like modules from sleeper parts.
Build a t1 module, equip it with sleeper pieces and gas, create a sleeper overclocked ship module.
No moongoop needed. No safety moon pos, you have to actively farm sleepers for their parts and gas.
New market created, the issue of moongoop or not is answered. It is not needed if CCP makes a industrial branch for wormhole space based off sleeper salvage and loot, gas and ore mining, and relic sites.

Wormholes dont need new contents or features, they do pretty damn well right now. What it needs is a new meta. As a means to get to a new place. That would bring a lot of targets and content to Anoikis.

why do you continue to come up with terrible ideas when you dont even play, unless you have another entirely your own alt corp that you do highsec stuff with. you don't play eve, so stop trying to change it for the "better".
have you adhd or something that you just cant help but think up of this crap all day..
sure add t2 related industry stuff, when whs are all about the t3 goodies.
will pay 50m for a corpse of yours. then ill post a terrible idea about using corpses to introduce new pod goo industry. advanced t2 pod goo gives you a chance of not losing implants upon being podded. please just leave and let the door hit you on the way out
