I wish to be able to use jump clones however I wish to knw what I need to do in order to set one up? and where I should go and all the information on using one and making one for the first time?

I'd go to the Jump Clone FAQ and read up about them first. You and your player corp will need a 8.0 standing with the Corporation that controls the station you wish to install a Jump Clone in and you need Infomorph Psychology skill as well. 1 Jump Clone per level of that skill. Read the FAQ though, some vital information in there.

You and the corp you're in must have 8.0, or better, BASE standing to the corp whose clone bay you are using.
If you have no standing, whatsoever with the corp in question, it goes by your corp's overall standing to them.
Example Cliff-notes style:
I have 9.something to CN, CAIN has over 8.0 (wewt ), I can make jumpclones in any CN station.
Now, when I had under 8.0, and CAIN had over 8.0 I could NOT make jump clones.
If I had 0 standing, meaning Im not liked or disliked, it would give me the corp standing, meaning I'd have clone access.
If CAIN had under 8 standing to the CN, I could have 10.0 standing to them, and still not have access to jumpcloning at CN stations.
