Fellow Capsuleers,
In the past IGÇÖve been asked to help people do save trades between one and other. it has come to the point that I realised I could potential help others too. From current observation, it seems like many of the current 3rd party services seem to be less available, so I believe I can offer the same service that I have been doing privately to everyone else in public. My TZ is EU so my EVE hours are from 9:00 till 22:00 eve time.

What are the costs?
Titans = 250mil (Lowsec) / 450 mil (0.0)
Wormhole transfers = 75m (C1-C4) / 100m (C5-C6)
Other trades (BPOGÇÖs etc.) = 200mil
Personal/Corp/Alliance Ransoms (depends on situation)
Corporation trades (depends on situation)
For loans there is a fixed 2% interest, they must be collateralised (with assets/etc) and a minimum value of 1 bill. Assets can be almost anything ranging from for example, valuable blueprints to expensive ships such as supercapitals/faction BS or even a load of minerals you have lying around.
*Prices are only refundable if there is a problem with the transaction, this will be to my discretion.
*0.0 prices can increase on how far it is into nullsec
What to do when I'm not available?
I would suggest using other known 3rd party options such as: Chribba, Darknesss, Grendell , and Wirox Crotikus or wait until I'm online
Need me to find you a supercapital?
I also offer a service where I will go out, search and secure a deal for yourself to acquire or sell a supercapital, I will find you a seller or buyer and get you in contact with them. I am currently offering this service at 100m for supercarriers and 150m for titans.

Safety?
I am the middle man in your trade which means that I will not be held responsible for what happens before or after the trade. This means that location, price, items etc. are picked by YOU! IGÇÖm only there to secure the trade itself.
I would also like to give you some tips when using a third party service (thanks grendell for writing them):
 Do not get rushed into a deal. Frequently the scammer will try and rush you into using his 3rd party because of some excuse that he has to log off or he will give the deal to somebody else.
A common trick is to have buyers and sellers set up a meeting with you and a legitimate 3rd party. When the meeting takes place they simply don't show up. They wait until the generally accepted 3rd parties log off, then magically come on-line, giving you every excuse in the book why they were not there. They will then convince you to use some no name 3rd party, which will be their alt or friend.
Ask to see their feedback thread. Read every single post in that thread anything suspicious.(That could mean posters are all noob alts, or a part of the same corp/alliance) *If there was any moderation done in the thread, check what posts were edited or removed using eve-search
A good way to make sure they are legitimate is to see if they will accept Chribba. If they say no, just close the conversation, they are scamming you. There isn't a person in Eve that can argue Chribba isn't reputable enough to handle Super Capital Transactions. If they don't trust Dark, me, wirox, etc that's fine, but I'd like to see anyone debate Chribba out as an option.

Joined current corp approx a month ago.
Wouldnt trust PL's good and upstanding name with him after such a short period of time, i personally wouldn't recommend him and just stick to Chribba.

I do fly with PL and this will mean that when im playing the game which results in me sometimes getting on killmails. However All 3rd party deals done by me will only be known by the Buyer, seller and myself.
WIth EN24 we have contacts as well who could be beneficial to PL and such but they won't get it because its my job and I keep that separate. The same goes for Third party jobs.
