Looking at Caver's Agent Offer Database, I see both Vindicator and CNR BPOs available as offers for 3.8M LPs. 
True or hoax?

i hope its true and whoever got them is making billions of isk, atleast they would have earnt it unlike the t2 bpo winners

Hoax. Someone ought to mail Caver and tell him so.
Unfortunately, one person's magnificent effort in keeping such a useful list, is so easily undermined by one idiot thinking it's funny to mail him with "information" about fake offers.

A while ago I was talking about those two offers with some other EVE players. One of them did not believe it to be fake, so I simply went in, added a BPO for an Imperial apocalypse, at 4 million LP, as well as a Naked Oveur or something, for 5 mill (Oveur is not cheap, you know  ).
After that little demonstration, he had to believe it was fake. Since I seriously doubt CCP would ever release a BPO of ANYTHING FACTION, knowing it would bring in more money to the player getting it than, say, the Cap Recharger II BPO, they have to be fake.
If anyone says they are real, then please provide me with a screenshot of your BPO. If you haven't gotten this offer, then stfu...

If somebody got a bpo of a faction ship they would immidietly loose their rarity and would fall in price. Plus if you saw faction ships all over space they would get very boring and not as special as they are now. (even tho without bpos in existance they seem to be getting more common)
Its a hoax and would never be anything but one.

if there was any doubt to it being a hoax i think a sansha agent giving a bpo for a "caldary" navy raven would be a bit of a giveaway.

All player created lists suffer from this. I.E Complex list with fake complexes (such as the 8/10 in rens) and stupid offers are all over the place.
The only solution is Screenshot each offer and somebody makes a database of that.

Caver didn't add entries to his list I sent him with screenshots.
He didn't change entries I sent him info about after changes - again with screenshots.
I do not think his DB is of any use these days because it is full of hoaxes, old and outdated info.

CCP need to realise a public list of all offers and where they occour that said has anyone ever gotten to 4m LP could be interesting.
