Ive made a past time of this: I fly around low sec and pick up stray drones.
Many are hungry and sick. I take them home and patch them up, get them spayed/neutered and try to find them new homes.
So why do people abandon drones? Ladies, you know what they say about guys with big noses right? Heh-heh!! That's right, it means they are either Jewish or Italian.

I do it in PVP so I can deploy a second flight to confuse hostiles. It's quite devilish, and quite amusing when the guy trying to kill your drones keeps killing the ones that you've abandoned instead of the new ones you put out. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

I've never really tried it, I tend to avoid ECM when I'm out solo, only because :honour: is a real thing, even in EVE, although I am fully capable of recognising when to ditch honour for a handfull of sand in your opponent's eyes, but, my Ishkur when I'm solo is consistently loaded with 5xHobs and 5xWarriors. No don't do that, I'm very undecided regarding my direction in EVE at the moment. Ever since I found out about my stomach cancer, I've been trying to chill. I had to get out of RIGID and escape the stress of politics and training newbs, and now I'm just doing my own thing for a while and avoiding too much stress until my spirits improve. I've had my surgery and I've just started treatment so, I'm taking a few weeks to adjust and not over-do it in EVE, and play some other games I haven't in a while. Spent most of my day today designing a mission to Dres on KSP, that was fun.
Still PVP'ing and shitting up high sec in EVE when I'm in a good mood but, for the most part, I've been doing a lot of carebearing - building standings for locator agents in various places around EVE or just ratting to pass time.
Also, when I'm really back on my feet and ready to dive in again 100%, I'll probably end up rejoining RIGID. I have very good friends there and strong loyalty to that alliance. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

Oh, I do, that's what I meant by "shitting up high sec". Although, I haven't got an Ishkur fit at the moment, I'm running a Jag for PVP instead just for a bit of a change. Had some good fights in low sec with so far, still haven't lost it. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

i salvage drones very often feed them with rats evrytime and they started to work better because happy drone is good drone. just dont understand why people dump lots of gecko in lowsec systems last ngiht friend rescued 28 gecko in one system .
what i do with rescued drone? give them new drone bay to fly in it . well drones love dominix , armageddon vexors etc. so always good to have spare ship that can be drone storage
so far rescued 16122 drones from cold space all have found new owner. |
