What i mean is does someone have a bpc or bpo and can build this ship for me if i supply the resources? and if so what the cost?

I would be interested to know as well, if anyone happens to have the BPO and would be willing to build one, or I could trade the materials needed for a built hulk, would be greatly appreciated. EVE-Mail me in game if you can provide such a service.

That would be cool if you could build your own Hulk. A BPC sounds like a good option, although I haven't seen any. I imagine the cost is still rather high though.

did anyone ever get an answer to this? is there a supplier for hulks in exchange for mins (i'm assuming more mins than it'd take to build said hulk)?
