Hey guys i've got a question. My alt got kicked from a corp in null, due to inactivity.... i think. anyways, My plan was to get the tengu that he's got and scan out a wormhole and ride it back to low/high.
The problem i've got is that i cannot change the fitting of the ship, as i'm no longer 'friendly' to the owner so it's just a general PVE fit. so if i attempt to travel i'll be gunned down at the first camp i meet.
How can i change my fitting, any suggestions? Or is just a case of having to contract my stuff and pod/JC back to high?
Thanks |

If you were inactive for more than 6 months you can petition to get a single ship moved to highsec. |

A couple of options:
1. contact the current owner and ask them to let you leave 2. just run for it. Why contract your stuff and pod yourself when you can have more fun with it 3. petition for a move
My understanding is if you explain the situation in a petition, the GMs will do a one time move for you, but don't take that as gospel. Just something I've read before.

Do you have jumpclones?
If so, jump out and wait 24 hours. Grap a mobile depot. Deploy it in the system you are stuck in with the mods you need put in it. Pod yourself back and jumpclone back to your tengu. Go to the depot and refit.
If not, get a friend or an alt to throw you a depot in a can. Then you can do the same without the jumpcloning hassle. |

If everything else fails, you can always contract sell it and jump clone back to high sec, assuming you left a jump clone in high sec. |

Cross your fingers and hope a mobile depot gets listed in the station. Buy it and run.
EDIT: Actually, put up a slightly above-price buy order for one at the station, someone will fill it if the station is busy enough. |

If you were kicked because of inactivity instead of "reasons" why not just ask your old corp to take you back? Even if what you want to do is leave ns, seems like they might be willing to give you temporary standings to get your stuff out. If we're not supposed to shoot pods in hisec, why are they filled with meat? |

I was shocked this wasn't the first or second reply. You could also ask in local for someone to sell you one.
also, wait till a very quiet time of day to undock. |

If the ship is vital to your survival in EVE you can decide to go all complicated and try and get it out. I stopped doing that tbh. I found myself moving a lot when null was a bit more dynamic. So these days, I just move a small core of essential "shinies" and leave the rest where they are. Some ships were locked down for years. |

It's going to take some considerable subterfuge.
First thing I would do is find a way to get it out of the station (if the GMs won't give me that one time move - check into that!)
You do not need to log off while docked, right? If you do a safe logoff, your ship is not lingering in space after you log. I've gone months on expeditions in null without ever docking.
If the station is of the sort that gets camped a lot and there's always someone in local, then:
1. roll a noob alt 2. train noob alt for interceptor 3. Put civilian scanner on interceptor too (unless you are in need of a scanning alt, then train up for use of core scanner) 3. bring noob alt to that system (make sure interceptor is stabbed because instalock)
Then you can watch that system and that station to see when it's OK to undock. Once you are free, you are free. That's good enough.
Establish a few safe spots for you and noob alt.
Use noob alt for finding a wormhole. Leave bookmark for it for yourself.
Log in and get bookmark, and GTFO.
You need not have a null to high WH either, just get into a class 3 or lower system and camp there, don't forget to put your noob alt in there with you! A class 3 and lower has a very high likelihood of K162 to highsec.
Nullsec is so dead these days I don't see why this would not work. Bring back DEEEEP Space! |

I once faced a similar situation because of ~reasons~, what i did was the following;
- Strip ships in your hangar of any potential shiny mods, fit into cargo of your T3.
- Buy a mobile depot (if you don't have one already).
- MAKE SURE you have a cov-ops cloak and nullified subsystem in your cargo.
- Camp the log in screen as downtime hits (not the launcher but the client log in screen) and try to log in every 10 or so seconds.
- Once you log in, if local isn't empty, just log out and wait until the next day and try again.
- If you log in and are alone, UNDOCK asap, jump to a more quiet adjacent system.
- Drop depot and prepare for the longest minute you've had in a long time, then refit for cloak and swap for nullified sub.
- GTFO
Don't take a straight "shortest route" path to Jita (unless it's only 5 or so jumps), take a detour into "neutral" space and take a short but less camped route. With any luck you should make it out with ease.
However, as always with these situations, if you have in fact been gone for more than 6 months, just petition a GM and they will move you in your active ship. (Destination may vary). |

1) make a run for it just before/after downtime. 2) Once clear of the station, pick an empty null system, safe up somewhere offgrid near a moon with a pos 3) eject from your ship (safe is near moon so when people scan they think its at a POS) 4) fly your pod to empire, buy a ceptor with a mobile depot and travel fittings for the tengu 5) fly back, chances are your tengu will be there still 6) refit tengu, escape
OR, scan for wormholes and make a run for it. This is safer IMHO. |

If all else fails, bolt to the closest high sec or low sec system about 15 minutes before downtime. So very few people are on then and even fewer worrying about camping anything but the most heavily traveled choke points. |

Thanks If you are still in station you should be able to buy a mobile depot. Buy what you need use insta undocks and go to safe and drop depot refit. |

1. Start your own null sec coalition.
2. Take over the entirety of null.
3. Make sure everyone in the known universe knows and fears you.
4. Then, you can undock your Tengu.
~Incidentally, this is actually The Mittani's whole situation. He has a Tengu all the way out in LX5K-W in Paragon Soul and he just won't feel safe getting it back to high sec without making sure he owns all of null etc.~ |

That sounds like it would be a fun time. Mobile depot is the best way to change your fitting in space. Especially if you can get a nice off grid bookmark setup, or do plant the depot and refit when there's not many online in system. Once you got the ship refit, just go wh diving till you find one with a hs static. |
