Here is another story...... bro....
It is quite possible for a C4 wh to pop up in a C3. The very T405 you mentioned. Its not very common though.
And most important, simply because its there, doesnt mean its a static one.
Its not my intension to "rub it" in your face but Im afraid you are wrong about this one.
And yeah, the story is pretty cool, as with everything regarding w-space.
Another common mistake is when ppl say they live in a WH.... that is also impossible since a wh only leads into a W-space or K-space system. The WH itself is only the shiney sphere you can rightclick "jump" on :)

guy above me seems like a prick with his "people cant live in a WH" rubbish
terminology in this game for WH can mean the entrance it's self OR a WH SYSTEM, stop being a pretentious a-hole
but hes correct about it being not possible for c4 to have dual static
