The Evidence!
CCP cares about your Janitors and Marines, but they want you to accidentally kill all your refugees! I say no longer!

well i know that in uk at least, secure containers are the primary method of transportation for refugees. mirroring life perhaps?

See for the US the most of the refugees come from Cuba, and the primary method of transportation is anything that floats.

So I can buy people, sell people, jettison people in regular cans, have people ("Mercenary Commanders") float for an hour in space in a "flimsy constructed container" *sic*, *sp?* and we can store them in the same cargo container with thousands of m¦ of nuclear waste, shoot containers with people, but at the same time I can not put people in secure containers. Or reprocess people - unless they are my own alts.
How could I not see the logic behind this? Its all so clear now ...

pffff ... why Gallente? They give you 10 ISK to cover for the food the janitor had while being in the cargo hold and a campaigner button to stick on your space jacket, then send all the janitors on the streets where they turn into homeless.
We should have agent offers from the Amarr. More slaves to build more ships

I suppose this may be true in Florida and New York and what not. To be honest, growing up near San Francisco I don't think I've ever actually met a Cuban. You see in the Bay Area, the refugees come from China, and in fact they come in shipping containers arriving at the Port of Oakland. I think most of the time there are dead guys, but I don't know.
