1v1 against... well... pretty much all ships...
4 Siege II
2 Heavy dim
6 "hypnos" multi
1 Fleeting scram (20km, 1 point)
1 90% webbie
1 PDU II
2 BCU II
1 Good damage control
light / med drones for small, fast *******
I realize that if i dont manage to jam, I`m proper ******
1. Will this be efficient enough to take out a good tanked BS? (even a dualrep apoc?)
2. Will i manage to kill a mega before it runs?
3. Anyone got other setup suggestions?`
4. Is this intended as a solo ship? Or will i need a support damage dealer?

2. no, mega will kill you - 5x t2 heavys will chew you in like 40s
3. smartbombs + wcs is only viable solo scorp setup i think
4. scorp is not solo ship.

If you have 10min+ at hand, you might be able to kill something properly tanked :)

If I *had* to go solo in a scorp then I would fit a shield tank and 2x multi spec II, however as u can see a domi or pretty much any othr 5+midslot bs would do this better due to damage output

If you armor tank the scorp, it will be able to sustain the damage from t2 drones and keep your opponent jammed. But it will definently take a long time to kill another battleship.

It is a Scorpion. You incapacitate your target and slowly rip the ship little by little into the hull and watch your victim sit dead in the water. Pierce the pod and leak the goo later. 
BTW, the Scorpion and battleships in general are not meant to be flown solo. They are designed to die solo.

Jam and let the others do the damage?

1 Frigate to tackle, 2 Cruisers to do damage and some tackling because +4 WCS is now entry level in EvE and Scorpion does jamming and watch target dies. Caldari ships are not solo boats.
EDIT: Dont bring Interceptors and Harpy into thread please.
