I'd be interested, but I believe the 3.5B starting bid to be too high for a sub 10M SP character.
Not a lot of advanced skills.
However, I will leave you with a bid of 2.25B to consider.

potential buyers should note the crystals in this dude's head. implants do count towards the character's purchase price, so keep that in mind while you're mindlessly lowballing a decent character for lolz.
