TBH that newb should be petitioned for trying to cause lag with all those bookmarks.
Just imagine 500 newbs all in the same system all with over 100 bookmarks in their cargos !!!!! thats why empire lags !!!!!
I think for a day BOB should be given free killrights once a month in empire on all NPC corps as a lag reducing measure. Would definately be cheaper that buying new servers.

Why are you prasing this? It's apparantly greifing since you are not supposed to be able to tank CONCORD unless BoB members are so rich they are sacrificing Tech II guns on haulers in empire?
Sounds like Greifing to me. Shame so many agree with it.

You might want to read the killmail more closely dude, he was carrying a tech 2 blueprint. Monetary incentives != griefing.
PS: You're not allowed to aggress in high sec space and get away with it, or its considered exploiting - which BoB is wholeheartedly against. Thank you!

they did lose their ships.. but popping a hauler in a t2 tempest.. less than a second? and it takes concord, what?, a second or two to respond.
what i find amusing is the t2 howies survived :D
