Now, I may be wrong, but with standings and charters, you are able to put up a POS in 0.5+ space right? If not, ignore all this.
So, lets say you're in 0.5 space, and you're off in a belt, and you decide to shoot someone(lets say you're in an inty). Because it seems Concord comes more slowly in 0.5 space, lets assume you managed to warp away. Now, Concord will be waiting for you at your warp destination. BUT, what if your warp destination, is inside a POS sheild?
What happens then?

You can't set the pos to shoot concord so they'd just camp you till you left the shield then gank you.

I think I read somewhere in the patchnotes that a POS shield will NOT protect you from concord.

Even if the aggression timer ran out, and then you warped away?
Now, I know you MUST lose your ship, otherwise it's an exploit, but what if. I mean, you could go there, eject from your ship, wait till the aggro timer is done, then warp off in the pod and get a new ship. Sure the ship would effectively be lost because you could never use it again..

Ah, well, in that case, never mind.
Would have been funny though. Tons of Concord ships sitting outside a POS.

There is a certain amount of humor in the idea of a CONCORD police standoff with a belt ganker. Heh...
Maybe CONCORD could have some sort of SWAT team that can fly through shields?!  Pilots can get security status boosts by bringing them doughnuts.......
Or not...

Even if that did work it would be an exploit since you would be able to aggress in high sec. and not lose your ship.
