First off thanks for taking a look at my auction, up today we have a Mining, Shield Tank, Torpedo Specialist.
Some Bullet Points of what you get.
Can fly Covetors
Can fly Hulks
Can fly Ravens
High Learning Skills
Almost all Tech 2 shield mods Usable (needs Tactical manipulation to level 4 for T2 Hardeners)
Character comes with a Caracal Fully equiped, and minor assets all over safe space in the eve universe.

If i read correct the sniper is 10 mins, and i kinda got it dead on. I dunno i guess amugo decides. :(

The way I understand and use the term sniper is a bid has to stand for or have to have stood for 10 mins at auctions end.
Dalgleish has won at 1.6b I am eve-mailing now.
