Are you asking which corp to work for ?
The missions will be the same but Caldari Navy standing is probably more useful as Jita IV IV is owned by Cal Nav and hence the higher your Cal Nav standing the less fees you will pay trading at Jita.

The only thing that is corp dependent is what is offered in the LP store. Different corps have different stuff:
- the worst corps for cashing in LP are faction war ones like Caldari navy because FW people get the same stuff and sell it cheap.
- the best corps for cashing in LP are corps with rare items like the Sisters of EVE (they have good stuff like SOE probe launchers that people pay a lot to get).
Example:
10,000 Caldari navy LP will get you about 6 mill ISK.
10,000 Sisters of EVE LP will get more like 20 mill ISK.
The other significant issues effecting mission rewards are:
- the region your are in effects type of pirate, hence you get more Angels in Minmatar systems for example even if your agent is from a Caldari corp
- the sec status of the system the agent is based in (0.5 is better than 0.9)
- the level of your negotiation skill and security connections skill
- early on loot and salvage will be a major part of your income. By the time you become good at level IVs the LP is more important.
THEREFORE --> Aim longterm to get your negotiation skill and security connections skills up to IV or V and eventually mission for a corp like SOE in a 0.5 sec system blitzing the mission and ignoring salvage and loot unless its something big like an implant.

2000 Isk / LP is pretty low if considered to be "best corp for cashing". |

best empire faction stores are ones that offer 5 run bpc copies, like http://blitzmann.it.cx/lpStore/corporation/1000002/ items there can go up to 2-2.5k isk/lp (sometimes more). worth checking are other faction stores for items like republic fleet AB or points. you can get 3.3k isk/lp for imperial navy EANM. cap power relays are good too. atm the king is hiding in gallente stores http://blitzmann.it.cx/lpStore/offer/723/ (Federation Navy Tracking Computer Blueprint at 6.8k isk/lp) you will need ALOT of tags though. |

Currently I am doing missions for cal navy, I want lvl 4s with cal navy because sometimes they drop gallente battleship tags that cost some good isk, and give best bounty rewards
If anything I'll move to SOE |

tags? yes, but those compensate for lack of bounty on empire faction npcs. those missions also tank your standings with other factions. |

it's one of the worst ways of spending LP. In Factional Warfare stores you have discount on ships, atm in normal store you can get say navy drake at 800 isk/lp but minnie ships go for 300-200 isk/lp, while in FW store navy cane goes for about 800 and navy drake for 2000 |

lol then running SOE will not help as SOE pumps gallante standing a lot.
To be perfectly honest if you are intentionally trashing your Gallente/Minmitar standing (something mission runners usually try and avoid) why on earth aren't you running FW plexes instead. it pays way more than level IVs and the only downside is it trashes your opposing standing which you do not really care about. |
