This is a highly specialised Caldari missile character, nearly 9 million SP in missiles including Torp Specialization Level 5. Char also has BS Level 5.
The character also has 9.7 standings with the Caldari Navy and +10 effective standings with a +17 quality Level 4 Security Agent, 470k LP.

Get your bids and offers on the forums like the rest of us. Forum auction not in-game offer auction...grrr people always do this. No fair to us not knowing what the offer is and we are bidding and may even bid higher than the offer if given the chance.

You don't buy the account. You buy a character.
The character will be transfered to your account. The cost for that is 20 Euro, usually payed by the seller. You have nothing to fear, tho i suggest posting with a main ;)
