Are you willing to be open-minded to learn, generous to give your time, and receive support from your alliance in return? Parallax Shift, founding member of The Periphery Alliance, is a sub-100 member multi-national corp with members in the USA/EU/AUS TZs based in Low-sec and Wormhole space, is currently recruiting mature capsuleer corporations who want to participate in building a budding and alliance. Our alliance is very active during most peak hours, ensuring that you always will have someone to fly with. We are interested in young and old capsuleers who appreciate a laid-back atmosphere, but will also be active for alliance ops. We will consider interested corporations of all sizes, although as a young growing alliance we prefer to work with other growing corps. We don't do much handholding here, but aren't put off by "green" pilots as long as they are willing to learn how to be a useful addition to fleet. Specifically looking for those with pilots who strive to hold themselves above the benchmark in solo/small gang PvP, yet are comfortable with larger fleet opportunities as well. We are a doctrine-based alliance, so all pilots are expected to purchase and field appropriate ships. However, we have lower SP options for pilots as they grow in SP. A lot of what we do requires HAC/BS and up SP/experience, though we're happy to help guide corps that are at least T1 cruiser-capable, and looking to train into some pretty mean doctrines!
